-3 greedy 64kb hash2, buffer 4mb, hufcoder/notables
-4 greedy 4mb hash2x, buffer 8mb, hufcoder
-5 lazy 8mb hash4x + hash2/3, buffer 16mb, aricoder
-6 lazy 16mb hash8x + hash2/3, buffer 32mb, aricoder
-7 lazy 32mb hash16x/u4 + hash2/3, buffer 64mb, aricoder
-8 lazy 64mb hash32x/u3 + hash2/3, buffer 128mb, aricoder
-9 lazy 128mb hash64xx/u2 + hash2/3x, buffer 256mb, aricoder
