qlfc

QLFC is a high-performance archiver based on BWT and a new modeling technique, QLFC "Quantized Local Frequency Coding", discovered by me, as a much better replacement for MTF.

It achieves very good compression, close to the worlds best, at high speed. This algorithm does its best on text files. The next version will include intermediary algorithms to make it work best on all files.

Compression uses 6 * block size,
Decompression uses 6 * block size and default block size is 1048576 bytes.

The compressor is featured in the BWT comparison.
