mtcompressor

The compressor, named MTCompressor, uses an algorithm similar to deflate and is made focused on speed rather than compression ratio. It it multithreaded for both compression and decompression. Since it is programmed in vb.net, the .net runtime is required. There are two builds, one for AnyCPU, and another one for x64; both should produce identical compressed files.
